Meriah and Chris are a really nice couple doing the right thing in a world so hard to find the right people to build a relationship and trust in. Customer service and communication is excellent a long with fare and honest pricing. Timelines of repair is excellent also. It’s rare to find such good qualities all in one place but this family business has it. I strongly recommend if you have automotive problems you give these guys your trust.
I pull my horses with a 2002 Ford F250 diesel. It is a beast. But, it is also ancient (in vehicle-years). Thank God for Dirt Road. They didn't blink at the age of the vehicle or the problems I was having. They also got it fixed and running in short time (after a short wait because they are so busy -- they are VERY GOOD at what they do!) I trust them and they are now my first call when 'the beast' has another issue. =D

Always great honest work. Doesn't rig things together and does it right the first time and won't break the bank. Will be returning with other vehicles.
Bad customer service. I had an appointment for first thing Monday and I drop my rig off. At 4PM when I ask what the status was they said they were closed that day. Tuesday I asked if they were going to be able to work on it and they said no they were too busy so I had to pick my rig up. They set the appointment date and time. They could of contacted me before the appointment to reschedule and that would of been fine. They wasted my time. Bad customer service.

Sep 25, 2023Kevin, it's unfortunate that you wrote a review that is libel. When you dropped your vehicle off Monday, you were informed that we were closed for the day. When you asked for an update on Tuesday, you were informed that we were still short staffed and running behind on previous jobs. Those jobs occupied the shop, where we would need to pull your vehicle in, to begin the work. It is common practice in the field of auto service centers to schedule an appointment for a drop off and the vehicle not get pulled in the same day or the next. In our communication today, you stated you were having a bad day, to which we empathized and stated we hoped your day would get better. It appears as though your bad day has impacted your perception of our shop. Our communication was nothing but respectful, honest, and empathetic to your bad day. With all that being said, we do wish you well in health and with your future vehicle needs with another shop.

A great place to take your vehicle! Super knowledgeable and friendly people! Had my 2008 Tahoe worked on and got a great deal on the ECM being replaced and programmed.
Fantastic shop with very nice people! They worked on my supercharged frs and I could not be more happy with the work they did!
