We had extremely poor customer service at Baron's Collision Center. They didn't even start working on the car until 3 days after we dropped it off. We had an appointment! We had to call and call to check on workflow. They told us they couldn't get our key out of the lockbox and that delayed starting by 2 days! Then, they told us on a Friday that it should be done by Monday. No word from them on Monday, so we called on Tuesday and Dan (our assigned service manager) said it was IN LINE to get painted and might be done by Thuesday. So, they had outright lied to us on the previous Friday, saying it would be done by Monday. They hadn't even started on it. They ended up having our car for 2 weeks. Every time we called, we were told Dan was t in or he was at lunch or he was elsewhere. VERY poor customer service. Never an apology once from them, even tho we told them we were quite unhappy. I gave them one star because the scyusl body work was satisfactory. We will never use Baron's again, due to their lack of customer service.
