Very prompt! They got my damage taken care of way quicker than I imagined. Easy to communicate with. 100% will be going back if needed (praying I don’t need their service). They did a great job on the car! Worked with the insurance company on my behalf. Thanks, Ollie!
Rude to customers! Told me I could tow the vehicle to get an estimate, then denied that. Complained about how the vehicle was parked and complained that it was not running. Won’t ever give them my business!
This is my second trip to Heartland Collision. They do quality work and worked well with insurance in my experiences. I discovered one very minor issue when picking my vehicle up, however they acknowledged the issue and were quick to resolve the issue appropriately.
