Let me start off by saying that this is my first ever review of a company. I felt obligated to share my experience and hopefully other people will take note. I took my car to Baron to get my bumper and fog light replaced, of note there was no structural damage and the parts were pre-ordered and had arrived before my car was dropped off. From day one this was the worst experience. There was zero communication from anyone throughout the process. I had to call multiple times for any status update. After my car had been there 3 days I called twice but I was given the run around. I finally drove by the shop and found my car in the same position I dropped it off in with no work done. I was then told that my bumper was "in line to go in the paint shop". This all was very frustrating. Why is it necessary for me to drop off my car and pay money for a rental car if no work is actually being done to my car? Could you not have communicated this and had me drop the car off at a later date? One week later I called once again to get a status update. The work had been done to my car but they were waiting to get the car detailed...two days later I called back and it still wasn't ready! They were still waiting to get it detailed. I was very frustrated as you can imagine and requested to speak to a manager. Manager Chris told me that there are 230 vehicles on the lot. After I voiced my frustration about paying for a rental car he said, "doesn't your insurance pay for that?" As a matter a fact they cover a small portion of that and, also, that is not any of your concern. Your concern should solely be fixing my car with quality, in a timely fashion and with clear communication. I would think twice before sending my car to Baron Collision Center. As for me, I will never send another vehicle to Baron and will gladly give my negative review to anyone who asks or is considering Baron.
