I bought a car from them a while back. It died the day I got it home. I had to do a little work on it to keep it running. There is no financial assistance here. They claim it is because they don't want to deal with the unscrupulous lending system. This policy also protects them from the obligation of lemon cars. Once it is bought it is out of their hands. All sales are final. All in all the car served me well and I took it far. I really enjoyed that car.
Encouraged us to seek outside financing and then sold the car to someone as soon as we were at the bank. Finance elsewhere.

May 25, 2023Jeffery came to look at car. They were interested in car but didn't have money to purchase or put a deposit down to hold car and since we are not a "buy here pay here" setup for folks with poor credit suggested they talk to their bank. They also were informed that a gentleman was driving from KC to look at car and already had an appointment with a mechanic shop for inspection. He had made that appointment the day before. I informed them of this. That gentleman showed, took car for inspection, returned and purchased the car. Out of courtesy I even called Jeffery and let them know. I was a rewarded with a slanderous review for my kindness
Underhanded dealer. Told us to go see about a loan from our bank then sold the car to a guy a soon as we drove away. Very disappointing and rude.

If you cannot buy outright do not attempt to get financing here. Just save your money and go elsewhere.

May 25, 2023Correct. We are not a “buy here pay here”. So we don’t double the price or charge 21% interest. If needing to finance a vehicle purchase we always recommend talking to their bank or credit union for best rates and terms.
