The process was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly. I received constant updates on the progress of the work. I also got full explanation on all work needing to be done and why. My only complaint was standing at the front desk waiting for someone to acknowlege that I needed help. Several people looked at me but returned to what they were doing. As if "It's not my job to help someone at the front counter."

Don't deal with these guys they don't know how to paint match. They tried twice and was still too light. Poor communication also...had to call and check on it over the period it was there.

I'm pleased with the work they did. Everything went smoothly, and I'm impressed! Also, service advisor Rodney was awesome! His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to making customers happy were crystal clear. He genuinely cares about their customers.

Barron is the best! I felt like they had my interest as a priority, and in general their customer service was impeccable. I especially thought Vance is a great point man.! Though my car was totaled and I did not have any work done and the car returned to me, they impressed me that their shop would be one that I would be very comfortable with having repairs done to my car.

Baron Collison Center treated my baby well. I had a dent and scratch and it’s like new again. The only reason I didn’t provide five stars is because we didn’t receive a ‘ready’ phone call my spouse happened to review the portal. I hope nothing happens to my baby again, but if does I would it send back here.
