Only in the captive market of Pratt, Kansas could such a business actually thrive despite it's patent lack of profesionalism, not to mention blatant disrespect for personal boundaries! If ever there were an instance where I wish Google had either a zero, or better yet negative star rating option, this is definitely it! One star seems a bit too generous here! Some time ago, I contacted them to get an estimate on some storm window repair and.was told I would be called back shortly afterward to set up a time and day for an estimate. About a month passes and I hear nothing back from them. Then one day just completely out of the blue, one of their techs shows up at my place, completely unannounced, without even calling first and decides to do the estimate. So I have him do it and was emailed the estimate shortly thereafter. But by that point I was so peeved, I wasn't about to hire them for the job, so I simply ghosted them the way they ghosted me initially. I thought that would have clearly conveyed that I'm not interested in doing business with them but apparently not. A few months later and I'm still getting occasional calls from them asking if I'm still interested in storm window repair. Finally I actually answered one of their calls and told them no. Where I'm from, no business would last a day interacting with customers in such an unprofessional manner!

Didn't have what I needed but they were nice and caring.

Got a quote about a month ago. No one got back to me, so I called and received my estimate. Said they would get back to me about when they would come to fix the windows. They didn't. I had to call them and they were very confused. Figured out the date. Supposed to come this morning at 8am and no one came or called to let me know. Now they say they will be here next Monday.
