When I got there it was full of cars so I expected to be waiting a while before getting any help, but to my surprise Justen the general manager came right out took a quick look at my damage, explained the process of how they work with the insurance company and made the whole overall process really easy. The best part of this experience was dealing with Justen, his attitude and demeanor showed excellent customer service skills and showed he truly loves what he does, which is sometimes hard to find I'm the customer service industry.

Justen and the team at Merriam Body Shop have been amazing to work with. Let’s face it, if you need to reach out to a body shop for assistance you’re probably experiencing some stress around your vehicle. Justen always took the time to communicate with us about our vehicle and the work they did was beyond compare. We will never go to anyone else in the future.

I was referred to Justin and Merriam Body Shop by a friend. We had a little fender bender on our brand new car. I went with Justin for many reasons. They were a little less expensive, but more importantly, they were as friendly and non confrontational as I could have hoped for. They gave me upfront pricing and actually came in a little less than their original quote. Besides doing a phenomenal job on the paint job, they took the extra paint and fixed a few spots on the front bumper without charging me any extra. This extra attention to detail and their friendly staff will make them my go to company for any and all body work. Eric Johnson

Working with this team was an incredible experience. They took my "totaled" truck (according to another group) and put it back together. Wonderful teamwork put my 2007 Silverado back together again. A true pleasure working with them. Courteous, pleasant, efficient, affordable, keeping me informed of their progress...ALL a big plus to me! Kudos!! I have and will continue to highly recommend them. My truck is back in beautiful shape. Thank you!

The best experience I've ever had getting my car fixed (and I've wrecked A LOT of cars lol). These guys are so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I was incredibly impressed with their rates, timeliness, and skills. Cannot recommend enough!!
