I have been referring people to Eveland Brothers for Collision Repair for over 20yrs because I had excellent service there once in the past. Today - I show up for my 9am estimate appointment and find out that MY appointment was actually for Thursday (not Tuesday). Then I find out that the main thing I'm looking to get an estimate for requires me to leave my vehicle there because they are back logged. I gave them every excuse in the book to turn me away or have me come back in for my estimate ... but instead of taking the easy way out, Eveland Brothers found a way to work me in and get me my estimate. It's good to know that when I have been telling people "Eveland Brothers is a great operation who you can trust to work hard for you" ... I've been telling the truth. Took my Mercedes for a collision repair. Took months to order parts, charged more because the parts had gone up in price, since initial quote and paint job was poorly done. I really wanted to love this place.They are pleasant to talk too but they procrastinate too much on our dime.
