I am very skeptical of a lot of places and was initially worried that my brand new Telluride would never be the same. I was totally blown away by the repairs done to the car. It was in showroom condition when I picked it up. I was so impressed that when I picked up my car (The shop was not open), I had to call them and leave a message on the answering machine because I was extremely pleased to say the least. Thank you to both the body work and paint guy(s).

Everyone was super friendly and professional and they did an amazing job fixing our Cadillac. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They thought they would have the car for at least two weeks and I had it back within just a few days. I could not be happier, and I highly recommend them.
Went there for an estimate. Staff was so rude but my insurance agent suggested that place. Finally after several trips their manager or owner talked to me, very attentive. Willing to help and get the job on time.
Yesterday I went in for an estimate concerning a previous collision. The man up in the front office walked out, took one look at my car and said, "that will be 980.00 dollars tax included. When I asked for the estimate in writing to present to the individual that hit our car. He simply said, " there are 10 customers ahead of you and I don't have much time for that"? But yet, I was the only customer in the office and there wasn't even anyone outside waiting? Instead he wrote the quote on the back of one of his business cards and said, that would have to be sufficient. He went on to say, they could call him and verify that the quote was legitimate... I don't think Hite will be getting my business now, nor any time in the future...
People are nice and kind, and my car was repaired perfectly.
