Chris and Denise went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t stranded in Satanta while supporting the Bike Across Kansas bicycle tour. They responded from a personal phone call to assess the problem, returned and installed the starter that was causing my problem. On a weekend and while out of town, they were quick to jump in and solve the issue. Words do not express my appreciation for their kindness and professionalism while getting me back in service. I would rate higher if it was possible! Thanks, Chris and Denise!

Chris treated us like family. We broke down on family vacation. He diagnosed our vehicle, gave us (and our dog) a ride to another city, and referred us to a tow service - all at no charge. He would barely even accept gas money from us. Hands down the most friendly and customer service-oriented mechanic we’ve ever met. Thank you Chris!!!
