It took longer than expected to fix but the price was fair and they kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, would use them again.

The young lady who greeted me and got the ball rolling to repair my tire is absolutely an incredible asset to your company. It’s so nice to be treated with the attention and respect which she shows. I wish I had gotten her name, but she’s the only young lady there. The young man who repaired my tire was also very kind and courteous. You have a top notch staff in Great Bend KS., you should be proud David May

1st and last time I will take a vehicle to the Great Bend location. Make sure to check over your bill and ask questions. Make sure to make it clear what you want.Was way overcharged compared to what was quoted. Manager was very rude the whole time and refused to refund the difference. Had to contact corporate to have it taken care of. Very poor customer service at the Great Bend location.
