I was next in line for an oil change shopped for an hour and a half and it wasn’t even touched, was then told I’d have to wait another 3 hours because of a tire job they were doing for a vehicle that came after I did. I look over and there’s no cars in the oil bay and mine is sitting outside of it. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 4 AND A HALF HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE!
Had tires replaced .. was cheap enough but took a couple hours. Friendly employees.
I don’t recommend buying road hazard because out of all the times I bought it they never seem to back it up. When I took a tire out there that had road hazard on it there’s always an excuse as to why they can’t fix it or replace it. So what’s the point in buying it for anyway? I’m also not going to be buying tires from them anymore. It seems like every time we do, we have flats constantly and there is one thing after another wrong with their tires and they don’t hold up per the mileage warranty rating.
They think they need to know everything about your car. They even tell you how old your tires are. How many dents you have any how many scratches you have in it. It's none of your business.......
Great for a quick oil change or tire replacement
