Don’t go to this place. They are all a bunch of crooks! They will perform work without approval of insurance and will charge the customer for it! And which shop takes 3 weeks to replace a bumper? I hope you go out of business crooks!! Im praying for your misery!! And goodluck finding this place it’s because the navigation to this place is messed up! You will get lost! Maybe they cannot afford a better place to rent losers!
The directions only take you past the shop,the rest is for you to figure out...There is nothing else in the area for you to amuse yourself with,so you better bring something to keep you occupied.The waiting room is stuffy,no magazines or treats or even water(just an old empty cooler with no cups)& they have some dvds on a rack but no DVD player in sight but the t.v.they do have in the lobby doesn't even work,anyways so it doesn't even matter.No wonder my oil change is so cheap,I just hope they don't do cheap work.
