They are the reason people don't trust mechanics. I purchased brand new wheel speed sensors for my truck. I did the back ones myself but did not have the time to do the front ones so i took it here. Well a few months later my dash lights up again. I figure ok something came loose. Got to looking and well one was tore to hell and all taped up. So I call and set an appointment. I take it in and the try to charge me again for a job that I've already paid for. She said they did change them and she had to charge me because they did not provide the parts. If I could upload a pic here you can clearly see the black tape all wrapped around the part with corroded wires sticking out. Do not trust this shop. I will not be sending anything or anyone ever again in regards to the responce. If your guy replaced the parts he was supposed to then how did the black tape get on there and why are the wires sticking out and corroded.? Also I took it to another shop. Wheel hubs are fine. And I never mentioned the struts in my review.

May 20, 2023The mechanic that worked on your vehicle at the initial time you brought it in is one of our most trusted and longer running employees; we had no reason to not change the parts on your vehicle nor keep them as you are implying as there is nothing we can do with them since they are vehicle specific. It was in clear writing on your initial invoice that the parts nor labor were covered should anything go wrong since we one, did not provide the parts and two, did not diagnose the problem ourselves. Now, when your vehicle arrived to our shop today, the wheel hubs are both going out which most likely caused the speed sensor issue again for you and may have caused it in the first place. Our office manager called your warranty company to have the work approved through them to have the cost brought down for you as well as to check and see if the struts you were wanting were approved (which were not); you then proceeded to yell at the office manager that it stated on your warranty paperwork that struts were covered and why the f**k did you need to pay for the speed sensors again and were then told again as you were that morning by another employee that since you provided the parts and we did not do the diagnostic on the vehicle and you were shown on your original invoice that it was not warranty work. You then again proceed to yell at the service manager even more after being asked to not yell. We would appreciate you not returning to our business as you were told multiple times that the work on the speed sensors was not warrantied and then proceeded to treat the employees terribly because they would not warranty out a part that had been told to you was not able to be by our shop.
