I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of my car after getting it back from Car Star. I drove out with more issues than from when I brought it in. I got hit on my passenger side towards my tire and wheel, and so I brought it to Car Star. First of the issues getting it back was them using an aftermarket headlight on my car- which left a big gap between my hood and my headlight- to the point I could fit almost my whole hand through that gap. The second issue is that the hydraulics in my hood won’t hold and my hood won’t stay up. The third issue is that when I was driving home from the shop, my backseat sensor started going off while my backseat was empty. These issues never happened until I got it back from Car Star. Max was wonderful though. I brought up these issues to him and he said he will help me resolve it. Needless to say though, I am so disappointed and I expected better. Attached are the pictures of the gap, and what it should have looked like fixed. I would not bring my car back here again.
