Absolute most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Sierra Peabody has no idea what she was doing. I made an appointment for repair a month and a half ago, scheduled a day off work a month ago (because I have a very busy schedule between work and school). I drove 40 minutes to get to Carstar, dropped off my vehicle when they opened today for my scheduled appointment at 7:30am. I had no vehicle so I had my family member pick me up and sat at her house waiting for repairs to be done (they said it would take all day). At 1:52pm Sierra called me to tell me the windshield repair wouldn’t be done because they didn’t get the part in. I assumed the tail light repair was done, but no it wasn’t either. She had no idea what I was talking about even though she was the one who had been handling my repairs the whole time. Instead of not letting me drop my car off this morning, giving me a call, or god forbid call me last night to reschedule, they let me sit and waste my entire day instead. Sierra said “I left early Wednesday so I didn’t get a chance to do anything.” Oh my bad Sierra, wouldn’t want to disrupt your life. Talk about poor business practices. Her manager Lou Baker was no better and didn’t seem to care or even offer any sort of resolution for completely wasting my time and couldn’t seem to understand why I would be so upset. So hey, if you want poor customer service and to be led on without repairs, go with Carstar in Ottawa! Not even worth the one star I gave them.

I was able to confirm that your parts were delayed, and we could not complete your repairs on your tight schedule. I also reviewed your conversation with Lou from our surveillance cameras and Lou did offer you seven different options from rescheduling, personally handling your claim and working with you after hours to make it easy for you to drop off and pick up your car. Please understand we must work with vendors and their parts availability, and we work very hard to make sure delays don’t happen. I will have CARVANA reach out to you so they can find another repair facility to complete you repairs.
