I have brought my car here several times and have never had a bad experience. They offer great customer service, low prices, competent labor, and high quality parts. I've never had them pressure me to have anything replaced or fixed that isn't absolutely necessary. In fact, I'm usually told something like, "well, such and such will probably need to be replaced sometime, but not yet", or "would you like to replace such and such?" It gives me a chance to plan ahead and budget for my car's upcoming maintenance needs. I appreciate Paola Auto Care for their help keeping my car and my family going. Like any good service provider in any industry they stay busy so plan ahead if possible!
