I could not give them a high enough review for matters of integrity and honesty. Look, I am not mechanic, but I have learned that many in this business will do things that are far from honest and forthright. When a person finds a place that treats their clients fair and consistently demonstrates a norm of operating at highest levels of integrity, you better return there and direct others to go there too. McLean Auto is a business that I highly recommend. I have yet to have a bad experience with them, and I have consistently found them to be honest and forthright. Good mechanics are not hard to find, but people of integrity are. In McLean Auto, I found integrity and honesty. They have a higher standard than most and you will notice the difference when you deal with them. Take my advice and allow those who operate at the highest level of business integrity be the ones you trust your vehicle care to. Dave Van Bebber

I've been using McLean's for a number of years and they have always done a good job fixing my vehicles. They always have let me know of any potential issues that might become a problem in the future and given me a quote to have them fixed which I appreciate. I definitely recommend McLean's Auto & Truck Service if you are looking for honest and reliable automobile service.

I have taken my vehicle to McLean's for the past 4.5 yrs and have been satisfied with the service UNTIL today. I had an appt for a standard oil change for my Jeep Renegade, which has been normal practice for what I needed. Today, when I paid the bill, I noticed it was considerably higher than normal. Upon review, I saw charges for a new Air filter and topping off windshield washer fluid, totaling an additional $45.00 that I did not agree to, was NOT asked if that was ok to do or even told there was an issue. I have plenty of washer fluid at home and I sure could have gotten an air filter for less than $38.94. I have NEVER had my vehicle serviced anywhere that I wasn't asked by the shop/tech if I wanted them to change the filter and I am definitely NOT OK with a shop taking the liberty to replace things without my consent or knowledge and then charge me for it. And to top it off, the woman behind the counter just wanted to argue with me that "it's always been done that way". Well.....NEVER AGAIN.

For many drivers, routine oil changes are the only time their car is checked on by a mechanic, which is why we always check smaller maintenance items during these appointments in order to spot problems and resolve them before they create unsafe driving conditions for our customers. Windshield washer fluid and air filters are included in the things our team always checks during routine oil changes, but we do not top off the fluid or change the filter unless it’s absolutely necessary. During your previous visits to our shop for routine oil changes, we’ve always checked your windshield washer fluid levels and air filter, but they didn’t need to be topped off or changed in previous years, which is why it was left alone. We can see how this would lead to some confusion, but please know that we check these issues and address them as needed for the safety of our customers. We know how important trust and transparency are in this industry, and we take customer feedback very seriously. We apologize for your negative experience with us, and we hope you give us the opportunity to make things right. Going forward, we will always confirm with customers before addressing the small maintenance tasks that we check on during these routine oil changes. We hope that you give us the chance to resolve this issue. I tried to use there service. I called Friday at about 12 30 to get a quote for tune ups was told I'd be called back with the price. It is 1 43 and have yet to hear back. Clearly they do not want my business
