These folks at Neptune Auto were FANTASTIC. They are honest, courteous, and very good at what they do. I've brought three vehicles to them: my truck, my wife's car, and even my dump truck. Every single vehicle had significant issues like misfiring, electrical, etc. They have been able to fix every single vehicle every single time, when nobody else would help. They give you honest feedback, and won't rip you off, which is hard to find nowadays. They are also super cordial and easy to work with. Michelle and Kristy are very personable at what they do, and is the owner and all the mechanics. I will most definitely recommend Neptune Auto to all of my friends and family. They have most definitely earned my business and trust. Give them a call!

One star about 3 too many. Was looking for a reputable business to have daughter take vehicle in for possible tie rod issue. Still looking for that business!!! She dropped car off in the morning and never heard back from them, until she called them the next day. Was charged over $140 just for a receipt that did not provide any relevant information regarding the issue. Absolutely ridiculous how much a sheet of paper costs. Will never go back. Hard to imagine what an actual repair costs.
