Was told during an oil change that a tire on my F-250 was not able to be plugged and had to be replaced. Took the truck to discount tire where I had purchased the tires and had replacement insurance. They were able to plug the tire fine and dunk tested it. Feel like they just wanted to have me buy a tire. I also think they over charge for an oil change. Paid 240 for an oil change. My super duty takes 13 quarts of oil but this is expensive. Will no longer be going to Firestone in Manhattan.

First time I used Firestone and it was to replace a wheel bearing. They inspected it and told me that the passenger side wheel bearing was needing replaced so I had them replace it. Fast forward one year (13 months), that same wheel bearing was found to be very loose and shot and when I spoke to a employee at the shop they said it only had a 12-month warranty (which expired last month) and they probably would not do anything with it. I had a new shop look at it and replace it at half the cost with a lifetime warranty on the part. Never will I be using Firestone for again for anything.

Deserves 0 stars. Took my car in for an oil change. Took 5 hours, After bringing my car into another shop for a separate issue a week later, they found during routine inspections that my oil whad not been changed in a long time. HOW COULD FIRESTONE TAKE 5 HOURS AND NOT EVEN CHANGE MY OIL.....PATHETIC

Caused $1,400 worth of damages!!!! I brought my truck in to firestone for an oil change. During this oil change, they found that my alignment was "slightly off", and that they could do a quick alignment to "improve my mpg". I live in Manhattan and commute to Nebraska for work. It was in my drive the same afternoon that I got my car back, that I started to hear odd noises, and experience weird vibrations from my car. I took my car in to another automotive store in Lincoln Nebraska where I was told that my truck's ball joints were extremely loose and damaged and that my alignment was completely off. This caused 1400 worth of damages and repairs to my car. This shop in Lincoln told me that my alignment done by firestone Manhattan the previous day had been done incorrectly, either putting too much pressure on my ball joints, or prying on my suspension incorrectly which loosened the joints causing them to get damaged. After presenting Firestone Manhattan and Corporate with all of the necessary paperwork and information, THEY HAVE ADMITTED THEY DID NOT DO THE ALIGNMENT CORRECTLY AND DAMAGED MY BALL JOINTS. however they will not pay the bill... even more interestingly, the shop in Lincoln found that my oil had not been changed in NEARLY 15,000 MILES..... This means that the last 3 times I had taken my car to this firestone location, they had not changed my oil whatsoever. Flakes were found in my oil signifying engine damage. Who knows how much that will cost to repair when the engine dies pre-maturely... .Moral of my story, do not come here at all costs. they are damaging cars due to their lack of care and have destroyed my car and my wallet. DO NOT COME HERE EVER.....

It takes them 2+ hours to change one tire

I have gotten several flat tires and Firestone has always been able to get me in fast and fix it affordably. I also got new tires from here and they have held up well.
