I have paid for a lifetime balance, rotate, and alignment for multiple cars over the last decade and have had fairly good service at other locations. Following what happened, I will be going to Firestone in Topeka from here on out. I just watched the tech rotate my tires without balancing them. Confirmed with the gal up front that I'm getting a balance, she said yes. The wheels were removed, rotated, remounted no balance... needless to say, go somewhere else. On top of that, I got in my car and there's dirt on the door and door sill...
