Worst auto body experience ever! I have an older SUV that is fully loaded. When someone else was at fault and damaged it, I took it here because they looked reputable and they are a Nissan certified shop. It got parked out back, he never entered vehicle features correctly and made an estimate so high that the insurance immediately totaled it. After it was sitting in their lot for 3 weeks, I took it to a different shop. They did a new estimate and after proving to the insurance that my vehicle actually DOES have all the bells and whistles that he didn’t report, guess what? My vehicle is actually NOT TOTALED. The vehicle was valued higher and the new shop estimate came in $2000 less than Andover. The insurance is cutting a check to the new shop for the repairs. Disgusting how Andover Auto Body conducts business. If your vehicle is older, don’t even bother. I flat out asked him if he didn’t want to work on it because it was older and he said he wanted to take care of me. THIS is how you take care of me? No thanks. I’ll never bring any of my other “newer” model vehicles there either.

I am sorry that you feel this way, Rachael. I will try and address your concerns one by one. As for the vehicle features, the insurance company is the one that figures what options you do and don't have and how much that adds to the value of your vehicle. We don't have anything to do with that. Being that you have an almost 30 year old vehicle it is hard to find parts. If used parts are available, which will be few and far between due to the age of the vehicle, you also have to take into consideration of what a 30 year old used part is going to look like. We carry lifetime warranty on all of our repairs so it is not recommended to put an almost 30 year old used part on a vehicle. We don't mind what year or model our customers drive. We spent countless hours handling your claim. We pulled your vehicle indoors every night because you asked us to do so. To hear that you think the way we do business is "disgusting" is very disappointing. We try to treat all of our customers like family, so I do greatly apologize that you did not get that sentiment from our shop. We do wish you well.
