Came in to see check engine light. didn't even take 5 mins to help out.

We've been taking our cars to Rob's for many years now. Always treat us well with fair pricing and never an upsell. If they find something that needs attention that wasn't previously talked about, we get a call and an explanation with the ability to say no. Never felt pressured. Jeff at the front desk is always friendly.
Got an estimate for an oil leak,$1370 , called another shop and was quoted $940 . Turned out it was a simple gasket replacement and only cost $185 . I doubt they even looked at my vehicle to determine the issue. Now I know why it's called Robs.

May 25, 2023The estimate you refer to also included a timing belt, water pump, cam and crankshaft seals. I'm sorry you felt like we were trying to take you to the cleaners.
Amazing service. I was quoted $5,000 from dealership for timing cover leak. Rob and Jeff said it was not a leak, just seepage. Nothing to “fix” or repair at this point and isn’t a big deal. They were 100% honest and didn’t even charge me to take a look!
