I have always had my cars serviced by the dealership where purchased, but their costs have become ridiculous. So I started exploring alternatives on line and found this nearby Meineke shop with favorable reviews, comparatively reasonable prices AND a further cost saving coupon. I stopped by this morning and was greeted by the manager, Jeremy Robert's, who was very polite, professional and patient in answering my questions and arranging a convenient time to have the work done. I was pleased when everything was completed as discussed at the quoted price and without the sudden additional costs that usually pop up. My thanks to Jeremy and his crew for honest efficient work. I will be back and have already recommend you to some friends.

These guys really went above and beyond. I rent a car for work and the rental company pays for maintenance but I have to take the car for service. Martel spent about four hours on the phone with that company and I know because part of the time they insisted he conference me into the call. I appreciate Martel so much for doing this because they were not overly pleasant to deal with. Jeremy is just as nice as can be and checked me out. Parker did an amazing job fix everything that was wrong with this car and I am so grateful to all of them because this was actually the second place I visited yesterday. The first one started listing off items that wouldn’t be covered and Martel got everything that I listed covered!

Went in for an oil change and to check driver rear because I could hear loud noises ever since I hit a curb. Turns out my curb incident caused more than a little damage. Martel was very helpful and took the time to explain everything and even showed me the problems. I actually understood what I was paying for which never seems to happen when us ladies take our cars in for service. Martel provided me with top-notch service. I was very satisfied with my Meineke experience.

I had a less than positive experience with the previous owner at this location and took my car in for an inspection since they had done the original work. Much to my surprise there was a lot more wrong with my car than I had anticipated and they even took me into the shop to show me the issues rather than just telling me! Mike and Martell worked endlessly to get as much work covered under my warranty and even keep me within a budget for items not covered. The “fix now, pay later” option was perfect and at zero percent interest it didn’t cost me anything out of pocket. I can say my car has never run better, including when I purchased it! I would most definitely go back to this shop and plan to for my other vehicles as well. These guys are professional and honest which is rare these days!

I came in because of an oil change and tire rotation coupon. I selected coupon online and also brought in paper copy, and they almost didn’t give the discount. I was the first appt of the day. The mechanic came in about 30 mins after open. I was the only car being worked on the entire time, and it was disheartening to hear the guys joking around, watching videos, just not focusing on their job, while I wait for over an hour and a half for them to complete a tire rotation and oil change. On the bright side, this makes me consider wanting to be loyal to a car shop, that thoughtfully prioritizes the customer and the customers time. Leaving this review for accountability and so this shop has the opportunity to improve, I hope it does

Booked an appointment yesterday morning for an oil change after finding a great Groupon. They got me in right on time and the two guys at the desk (Mike and I missed the other one's name) were so friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I was asking a lot about what I should be budgeting for in regards to upcoming maintenance and Mike was very knowledgeable! I really appreciated the experience and will certainly be back.
