A big thanks to Aaron and Kim in the front, and to the skilled technicians in the back who repaired and painted my car following a fender bender earlier this year. The repair work was well done and I'm very pleased. Looks new. I'm glad USAA insurance recommended BF. My review could echo so much of what others have already said--the professionalism, the prompt communication, the almost daily status updates (with photos), estimate cost updates (if any), finishing the repair on schedule, doing a great job, etc. I have experienced other car repair shops and have never had the transparent, professional, and prompt service as what I found with BF Bodyworks. After the accident, Aaron was the first to look at my car. I was amazed that within 30 minutes of arriving at BF, that Aaron had an estimate for what the repairs would cost. I walked out of the office with that paper in hand. Impressive--and a first. Because the wait time to get the car repaired was over a month and a half out, I thought I would try another body shop. After the run around I got there, I went back to BF. I thought, "If BF Bodyworks does repairs anything like what I saw with Aaron, then it will be well worth the wait." (Btw, when I went to the other body repair shop and mentioned who had done the estimate at BF, the guy looking at my car said, "If Aaron did the estimate, then I don't need to look at it. He's that good.") Kudos, Aaron. Kim, the BF Bodyworks "Written Warranty" for repairs was great to get. Thank you for that and the other paperwork you handled and communicated. Aaron and Kim, such a pleasure to work with both of you. I didn't get to meet the skilled technicians in back but a big "Thank you" to you as well! What a refreshing and positive experience. I've already recommended BF to my family and friends. On a scale of 1- 10, I would give them a 20+. Or more.
