I am very happy with the quality of how my vehicle was returned. I am also very happy that I decided to take my vehicle for what seemed to be a simple deer accident. They did three pages worth of work to include replacing sensors, testing sensors and ordering OEM parts. Great customer service as well. Super understandable people that work their.

I’ve taken a few vehicles to Alan Clark and I’ll keep bringing them. We have a tight schedule running our fleet vehicles and they always accommodate us. Pricing is very fair also. Never had a single complaint about the quality of work either. Highly recommend!

I took my truck in back in August after having a deer strike. I will never be taking another vehicle to Allen Clark nor Levanders that has bought them out. Allen Clark tried putting a salvaged abs control modular in the truck and went ahead and fixed the body damage with out notifying my insurance company or I that the abs control Modular was on about a 10 month back order. I know someone from Allan Clark or Levanders will try and come on and try and say I’m not telling the whole story, but the fact is I was left without a working vehicle for months due to Allen Clark’s need to just make money. On top of all that,the work they did was horrible. The hood is 3/8” from being flush with the fenders at the worse and clips were left out of the fender well. As for me I will never go take another vehicle to Allen Clark. I hope no one else does either. It’s nice that Alan Clark body shop has an excuse for everything. In fact I told by not only an employee at Alan Clark but also by the dealership mechanic, that you put in a salvaged abs control module in the truck to try and have it synced with the main computer. If you had told the insurance from the start that the part was on back order I would not have had to wait almost 4 months in limbo to finally have the truck totaled. Like I said Alan Clark is only out to get money with no other concerns.

Jan 24, 2024Hello Kyle, we apologize for the misunderstanding. The abs control module was on national backorder, so we put the original module back on the vehicle. Unfortunately, supply chain issues and labor shortages have caused many repairs to be extended longer than anyone would like. We do not keep customer's vehicles for any longer than needed to repair the vehicle to pre-accident condition. The hood repair would have been covered under our warranty but the vehicle has since been deemed a total loss. We strive to provide genuine customer service experiences and we apologize that information was not given to you appropriately.
Very polite and kept us up on what was being done. Great bunch of guys!!!!!

I highly recommend Alan Clark Body Shop, Inc. Fast, friendly, and excellent quality of work. They kept us informed through the entire process and made our vehicles look new again.

They told us on Thursday that our car was ready... We live 30 minutes away and couldn't make it before they closed. So we drove as fast as we could Friday after work to drop my husband off to get his car before going to my daughter's game in Clay Center.. Make it barely just to be told it wasn't ready! I had to take hill all the way home, missed the whole first quarter of game. Ugh
