Staff was friendly. Work was done in a timely manner. Actual bill less than 10% over estimate. Looks really good.
Got in a car wreck and was referred to them. Unfortunately my car ended up being totaled but they made the process so easy and Xavia (spell check) kept me updated & well informed!

They were super friendly, got me in quickly, fixed my car quickly, and even cleaned the interior of my car and gave it back to me looking brand new.

Needed repair of severe hail damage on our SUV. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and our vehicle now looks new. We are very happy.

They were able to get me in right away. Kept me updated throughout the process, had the work done in a timely manner. The car looks great, they even washed it for us. Very friendly staff. Hopefully I don’t need them again But if I do, I would definitely use them again.

CARSTAR west did a great job with my car. I was in Dallas when my Lexus was hit. I looked up places to take it in and CARSTAR came up I gave them a call and they got in me in quick. Very helpful team. And my car looks great.
