I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of my car after getting it back from Car Star. I drove out with more issues than from when I brought it in. I got hit on my passenger side towards my tire and wheel, and so I brought it to Car Star. First of the issues getting it back was them using an aftermarket headlight on my car- which left a big gap between my hood and my headlight- to the point I could fit almost my whole hand through that gap. The second issue is that the hydraulics in my hood won’t hold and my hood won’t stay up. The third issue is that when I was driving home from the shop, my backseat sensor started going off while my backseat was empty. These issues never happened until I got it back from Car Star. Max was wonderful though. I brought up these issues to him and he said he will help me resolve it. Needless to say though, I am so disappointed and I expected better. Attached are the pictures of the gap, and what it should have looked like fixed. I would not bring my car back here again.

Loved how Carstar took care of me and my car. I received texts daily with updates and expectations. They worked with my insurance company for payment when more work needed to be done than expected. My car looks great and I will refer friends and family in the future.

I am not impressed with the quality of work I have received from car star, where should I start... let's see here for one the painter left runs in the paint, scratches on that paint, missing areas that needs to be painted, painted areas that didn't need to be painted, rough layers of paint where he peeled off the masking when the paint was still wet so it made a sharp edge on my paint. Car star used an aftermarket bumper that does not fit my car properly. They painted it and tried to pass that off as being fixed when it clearly does not fit my car. When i took my car back in to show them the bumper, the day after I picked my car up, I noticed new scratches on my car that were not there before i dropped my car off. I used to detail cars for a living so I look for those little details most people miss and now I have about 10 new scratches that I did not have before that day. So now I'm waiting for an OEM bumper to come in and replace the cheap p.o.s after market bumper that was installed that does not fit my car. I'm also going to say something about the paint damage on the driver's side underneath the handle where it looks like they've gotten something on the paint that has ate away at the paint, and over spray on my front passenger window, Not to mention all of the other imperfections and damage I have noticed. I do believe some quality control needs to be looked into at this shop, this is ridiculous. There is also paint inside my gas cap door, an area that should have never been painted and should have been masked off. UPDATE: After getting under my car, there was NO new hardware installed on my exhaust like I was told there was by car star when I mentioned that it didn't look like the exhaust damage was fixed.. I was reassured and told "he put a brand new bracket on" Avoid this car star location, ive heard nothing but good things about them and that's why I went here, it was a mistake.
