These guys are amazing! I broke down traveling across the country. I have not seen the humanity they expressed to help me out in a very long time. I owe these guys a very huge thank you! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vehicle repairs if I lived in the area!

I was scheduled at nine am to have an estimate done on the body repair and paint. I got there five minutes early went into the office and waited for 15 minutes and no one showed. Thinking I was at the wrong place I drove around to the back of the building and went looking for an office where a worker had met me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was supposed to have my car estimated for repair and new paint job. He than called the person I was supposed to meet with and the worker ended up taking pictures of the car body and my phone number to give me a quote. It's been over a week now and the quote has never been finished. So not hearing anything about the quote I called the number again to see why I didn't get the quote. I asked him on the phone how much to expect for the color I wanted was 10,000 not including the repair. Than I asked how long the repair would take because I use my car for work and they told me a month. I called Macco Body repair and paint after getting off the phone with PDR and Macco gave me an estimate of between 1900 to 2600 over the phone and online and told me to bring it in the morning to make sure the estimate is accurate. Macco told me the soonest the car repair could be finished is in 3 hours. Theres not even a lot of damage for PDR to charge 10,000 just for only the paint. I have only four panels that need removed and replaced than the entire car paint. Money isn't the issue with this repair due to my insurance paying for it. Just the disrespect to waste over a week of my time and still not have the estimate finished is riduclous when I've been wanting to get this in the shop to start the repair process by the end of the month.

Had them work on some hail damage we had on our vehicle. They did a great job! Appreciated how easy they were to work with.

Our Buick Enclave was attacked by a deer which caused extensive damage all along the passenger side of the car. Scott and his crew not only repaired the deer damage, but also removed a number of hail dents. All of the damage was repaired in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Platinum PDR Plus Paint for any car body and paint work.
