Love the YouTube channel Wizard and Team.
The greatest car mechanic and you can trust him
What a great little shop! Wizard and his crew are amazing.
After being told this is the premier shop in the area. I Called and requested a quote for a job. Was told I would get a call back within a week. After waiting for over 2 weeks I called back to be told the mechanic would not take the job due to the repair exceding value of the vehicle. Doesn't make any sense, a job is requested who cares if it exceded the value of the vehicle? For this lack of professionalism I can only give 1 star. A response to the response, this repair was swapping an engine in a vehicle for an elderly couple. A couple who have the money to replace an engine vs buying something new. Its nothing sentimental when its purely survival. I dont see how it hurts business when there is a youtube channel that indicates this job was well within your described services. In the meantime this couple has been without their vehicle. Maybe it wasnt a fancy foreign car but it was their car to make their Dr appts and get the things they need to survive. I believe you're better than that. I hope moving forward this doesn't happen again

Jan 25, 2024I'm sorry you are not happy with our answer. As a business we have to make decisions based on what is in the best interest for the company, not a sentimental attachment to a vehicle. Plus, we have never claimed to be a restoration or major overhaul repair shop. I would suggest you spend your time finding a business that does specialize in that service rather than leave one star reviews.
