Incredibly friendly staff as always. Even when they are short handed and busy, they find time to be kind and make me feel like a priority. They explain things that I don’t understand and they have fair pricing. I live more than half an hour away with many other car repair shops closer but I will always drive the distance to Midway Motors! Great work every time!

This was the absolute easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made!! Mike helped me from the beginning to the end, finding me exactly what I was looking for from the vehicle to the price. He went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle was in great working condition as well as looking great when it was time for me to come and pick it up. He anticipated everything that I would need and already had it taken care of. No pressure, just great communication about what was going on and the steps that were taking place. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future. They treat you like family here, not dollar signs like most places. Cant say enough good things about them and Chelsea in finance is pretty great too. She explained everything so I could understand it and had everything ready to go so I wasn't stuck in there for hours. Everyone that works here is super friendly and they don't forget a face. Disappointed. We were quoted a price when they called to say what's wrong, then the invoice has 10% added for "supplies". Quoted price to repair should include parts, labor and tax. There should be no extra fees when you're quoted a price. Also fuse box cover was sitting on the seat, but most frustrating are the exposed wires they left under the truck when they cut open the wiring harness, leaving them all exposed to the dirt and road elements. A job should be completed when you pick it up, not half done. I have pictures of how things were left. Very disappointed.
