Took my old 2001 Chrysler Town and Country to Dan to basically replace everything from after the catalytic converter to the end. So basically some exhaust pipe, a new muffler, and then more exhaust pipe, then tail pipe. They did it in just about an hour's time and for at least $150 less than everyone else around bid. I have previously had estimates at places like J&T in Spring Hill (Way too expensive for the work needed, which they are known for) and also Midas which was also extremely high for what was needed. Dan is an old fashioned, old school man who charges an honest and fair price for the work that he does, which is excellent by the way. He does a great job and pays attention to the details. If you want to get first class service and a fair and honest price, then I highly recommend Dan's Muffler Mart in Gardner, Kansas. You will be so glad you did. I will be using him for all of my exhaust needs from now on. Thank you Dan!!!!!!
Dan gave me a great quote over the phone and then upon inspection discovered an even smaller problem. Another service quoted me over $650 for what Dan was able to fix for less than $100. I’m so impressed with his service and knowledge. Will definitely refer others here!!
Really exceptional service. I called a couple days prior in order to get a rough estimate over the phone and schedule an appointment for a detailed estimate. When I arrived they quickly greeted me and pulled the vehicle into the shop. After a thorough inspection of my exhaust system the tech reported that the exhaust was in great condition other than a loose heat shield that he had resecured. Another shop had suggested that I replace the entire exhaust, glad I got a second opinion from Dan's. I highly recommend them for any muffler / exhaust needs.
I have just purchased a new-to-me car and was told by the dealer that there was an exhaust leak that would be a cheap and simple weld fix. He also gave me Dan's name for the repair . When I called they set me up with an appointment in just a few days. When I went, they explained that it would be more because of where the leak was in the flex pipe of my car, he also showed me the problem and he found a second issue that needed repair. Dan explained what it would take to fix both things. He quoted me a super reasonable price for each issue and he said that it would be okay for now, if I only got the broken bracket fixed. They said that I could take some time to save up some money, because I had just spent almost everything on the car purchase. They went ahead and fixed the bracket very reasonably. I told them that I would be back once I have saved the money. They were so helpful and worked very quickly fixing the bracket, it was literally just a few minutes and he only charges me $20. I will definitely go back to get the flex pipe replaced. I didn't even mind the long drive to Gardner from KCK because they were just great👍
