Awesome service. I was stranded outside of Concordia for 12 hours. AAA and Hertz could not find a local tow company to answer their phone. Finally AAA found Davis Automotive and they were at the rescue within an hour. Thank you for your help.

Jeremy towed my parent's vehicle when they were stuck on the interstate. He helped transfer their bags, find a hotel, and even offered to loan them his personal truck while they waited for their vehicle to be repaired. Thank much for caring for my folks! Sending our love from Indiana!

No good. No human deceny. No kindness. All about greed. They overcharged my friend and added ectra fees that were not clearly defined. My friend couldnt afford the whole bill and they demanded her to bring the title to her car immediately and she was in tears and basically begged them to let her make payments and they didn't give her any items from her daughter's car seat or anything else from her vehicle. Harsh.

We called three times this evening after the lady that answered said she had a driver and he would call us, it took hours and when he did call, he was extremely unprofessional and rude. We told him the situation and he told us it would be $75, he was so rude. We met him back at the car and he knew the situation and then proceeded to say it would cost $100 to my husband and the whole time it was like he was mad at the world with it all. Here's the thing, if he would have actually taken the call and followed through like the dispatcher had said, it would have been a few hours earlier and not so late. He towed it back to where it needed to be, but not without complaining the whole time and here's the thing they all advertise 24/7 service, the dispatcher took all our information and told us we would be called in a few minutes and that didn't happen. So, if you aren't wanting to help those that need it, you are providing this service for reasons just like ours, then don't advertise that or take the calls. This is the third company we called, the other two answered and one guy said he couldn't because he wasn't able to drive (he was drunk), the other was slurring his words, and this company was available. I see other positive reviews and we must have just gotten the one with all the negative reviews, but it's done and we won't ever be using them again. I have never left a review on anything, but this was horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend them at all.

My 22 year old daughter was driving from California to Kansas for college and broke down in Salina Kansas. I called multiple shops on the list and everyone was too busy. We called AAA and Davis towing was sent out. The driver showed so much concern. He took the car to the shop, took my daughter and her 2 friends to wait at the mall while their shop fixed it in record time! Once repaired (the starter) they delivered the vehicle to the girls at the mall and they were on their way. As a parent, when you feel helpless because you’re so far away when your child is in need and every door shuts on your face, you just want to cry. Ricky and his staff went above and beyond not because they had to but because they wanted to. I am forever indebted to the crew at Davis Automotive. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough!!! Also, my daughter said it’s never ran so quiet. She said it’s so much better than it ever was. Her check engine light has been on for so long and that’s off now too. Yay!!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!
