Our experience, both with the BWP parent company and mobile tech Jordan made this review absolutely worth five stars. We were traveling in our RV on I-70 late in the afternoon just west of Salina, KS when we lost all AC power. BWP was recommended by the KOA campground we stayed at that night and one other business. We contacted them and they said they'd try to send a mobile tech to us that evening, or first thing in the morning at the latest. This was about 5 PM (closing time) and they still offered to help us. The tech got tied up at a traffic accident (not his), and they called twice during the evening - once to let us know he was delayed and once to let us know that he wasn't going to make it until morning. Along with the latter came a promise to arrive by 8 AM. They delivered! Jordan arrived right on time, reviewed symptoms and our feeble efforts to trouble shoot. He checked a few items and found a blown 300-amp fuse within about 20 minutes. We were good to go. Jordan was polite, obviously experienced and very knowledgeable, and efficient. All that contributes to lower cost to us the customers because he got the job done efficiently and quickly. When it came time to pay we were also pleasantly surprised.
