SO HELPFUL!!! I got a flat tire and was able to get on the phone with someone and get an appointment to fix the problem within minutes! Once I arrived my car was seen quickly! The front desk and manager were extremely nice and informative:) I would 10/10 recommend coming here and I will be coming back for future tire needs!! THANK YOU🤗

Coast to coast road trip, then car troubles. Bengston to the rescue! Details and photos later. == Eastward through the Rockies on Route 70, staying ahead of a storm. My coupe, agile and responsive on the ascent. The descent on the eastern slope, however, was a bumpy liability. Roughest patch of road to ever be called an interstate highway. I surmise the torque of fully-loaded 18-wheelers braking hard on their descent may have warped the road into that angry pitted mess. Sunday While heading east, Fairlady broke down in the flats of Kansas. I was in the bible belt. Thank God for that sinful tow truck driver who chose to work on a Sabbath; apparently the only tow-mater on call in four counties. He drove us to the closest AAA rated garage within 50 miles (as of Spring 2021), and spoke with such casual confidence of the ability of Bengston's team that I was instantly put at ease, feeling safe leaving my car in a foreign lot overnight. I found a local campground, pitched my tent, made a fire, grilled meat, sipped bourbon, crawled into my fartsack, then fell into slumber. Monday 0730. Arrived when the garage opened and the office was already buzzing with the energy of highly motivated humans. Everyone seemed to move with purpose. I met the capable gents whom I entrusted Fairlady to, then left for breakfast. 1000. Received telephonic status update mid-morning from a gentleman using succinct courteous language, identifying issue as seized idler pulley which had detached from engine, damaging serpentine belt. I was invited back to garage to speak with the mechanics who had my car on a lift, pointing out what broke. They informed me it would take a day for delivery and installation of replacement components. After approving projected work, I left. 1400. Not knowing their work ethic firsthand, I called back in the afternoon to check on status of parts ordered. They were gracious of my inquiry, informing me parts were ordered. Delivery and installation to be completed first thing next morning. Tuesday 0900. Received call stating work was done and car was road worthy. As with any cross-country road trip, having a car break down in unknown territory is perhaps one's biggest fear. And yet, this hiccup provided opportunity for an otherwise missed midwestern adventure. I met capable and trustworthy folks from the heartland of America, restoring my faith in humanity while the rest of the world fought on about mandates imposed by that era's designer virus. I wrote this three years after occurrence due to the impression the experience left upon me. Customer trust is paramount to a business's reputation. With each exchange, a business is earning either an ally or a critic. Keep up the good work, Team Bengston. Salina, never finer.

Bought new wheels and tires from here. Explored many options and they put a good amount of time and effort making sure I left happy. Very friendly service with me and others as I observed.
