My drive shaft went bad otr managed to limp my truck to them last night they were closed, checked in at 8am this morning got me in around 10 and I’m back on the road by 230pm great service even let me use company truck to go get food awesome men/woman here!🚀🚀🚀

I had an inner hub seal issue on my way to Indiana, my company found these guys and sent me here for service. I was an automotive tech and shop Forman for over 40 years combined before I left that industry for trucking, there is flat rate mentality that has ruined the industry, you won’t find that mentality here at Hoyt’s, I am very happy with what I had seen, how they went about their work, they did not simply service the affected area, got out, then handed you an expensive repair bill, they cleaned the entire area and associated parts then finished the job by cleaning anywhere they touched the truck. Pricing was more than fair, they are easily accessible from the interstate, great people to speak with and work with, I highly recommend them.

They were the most helpful team of technicians we ever dealt with! Our RV broke down in Emporia and they right away without a blink of an eye helped us out, even yhough they don't normally work on RVs. They even drove us around to find a rental car so we could go home. On the day they received the last part they did the repair. They didn't make us wait even longer. Other RV repair places make us wait for weeks before they even look at it. Best experience ever! Thanks guys!
