Called & made an appointment to get my car heater checked, this was my first time ever going here. I was not told when I dropped off my car if I would get charged for them to check the issue out. When I went to pick up my car I was told it was going to be $109 I stated that I wasn’t told I was going to be charged. They ignored my comment and I ended up paying 119 with taxes & they still didn’t know for sure what was wrong. Would’ve been a better experience if told up front.
