I wanted to shop locally for my windshield but I had to go south because of the $200 pride difference.

May 25, 2023Hi Carol, I appreciate you wanting to support local businesses, but bringing down a local shops impeccable star rating by giving us a 2 star review simply because we couldn't get you the price you expected doesn't seem fair or the way to support us. There are many factors that go into our pricing including the fact that we do professional work, offer warranties that many other shop may not, and so on.....I even offered to match a reasonable "apples to apples" quote but was not given the chance, does that seem fair ? Sometimes its very hard to compete with the larger corporations and chains to try and stay in business, maybe they used a cheaper piece of glass, or skipped a step that they will not warranty on down the road, etc, there are many, may factors. May I suggest that next time you give us the opportunity to actually quote against our competitors, do the work on your vehicle and then rate us on our performance, which is what reviews are actually for,,,customers !
They got us scheduled right away and got it done. So far so good

Great place! Great people! And they did an amazing job! I am beyond grateful for this place and the kind people who work there! They were able to pick my car up and drop it off for me so I did not have to miss work. Both guys I spoke with were very kind and helpful and thoughtful and willing to work with me and do whatever was easiest for me AND they went above and beyond!! I appreciate their kindness and thoughtfulness and understanding and patience and all their hard work. I recommend this place!
