My car had some rodent damage and had an awful smell. I worked with Matt, a representative from Carstar in Ottawa, Kansas. He was very kind and helpful. I was embarrassed but he helped to set me at ease. Carstar had my car from May 23rd to June 10th. It was very clean when I got it back like I had just drove it off the showroom floor. All evidence of those creepy rodents was gone & I felt safe to drive my car again. Thank you Matt & Carstar for your professionalism.
