I. WON'T. GO. ELSEWHERE. I got into an accident in Missouri earlier this year... icy roads + ditch = bad news. The front bumper (including many other parts related to it) needed replacement. I don't know how it was even possible, but they got the parts the NEXT DAY after I brought it in. And then, the day after, I got a call that the job was done!! Seeing the bumper repaired with the matching coat of paint... it was like nothing had ever happened. The price I paid was ABSURDLY GOOD, compared to a different shop I went to 2 years ago which charged nearly twice as much for a remarkably similar job. Oh, and these guys cleaned the inside and outside of the car for free! I mean, holy cats?!?! And another thing... just one thing that really sealed these guys as the deal for me: their mechanic fixed a small but infuriating issue I inherited from a sloppy job done by Expert Auto on 13th and Meridian. The mechanic took a look at the car, and in no time flat, found the issue: loose bolts on the sway bar links. "Expert" Auto failed to find this issue, TWICE, from their OWN JOB. GCC has more than earned my lifelong trust. If I can't take it to them, I'm not taking it in. Easiest 5/5 I could give.

My truck was in the shop being covered by the other parties insurance. Adrian and Matt were very helpful and knowledgeable. They did a great job fixing my truck, however there was a problem with getting the parts, so it took longer than expected, and I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on, and how long it would take. Overall, they did a great job but better communication regarding the parts delay would have bumped them to a five star rating.

These folks are fast, friendly and work hard to make your bad experience in an accident a good experience. They really cater to return customers. Good work is hard to find these days. Shop for repair work at GCC and you won't be disappointed. 5 stars.

First of all, their customer service is AMAZING! From the phone call to the face to face encounter, I felt heard and valued. I needed my bumper replaced on my vehicle and glad that I chose Global. Matt even took the time to walk me through the auto claim process since I was unfamiliar. He got my vehicle in in a timely manner and the repair took less than I anticipated. When I picked up my vehicle there were no surprise additional fees and I even got a discount for being a front line worker. Finally, the cherry on top was my vehicle was cleaned inside and out!!! I’m more than pleased but impressed with Global collision center. I’ve already recommended my family and friends:)

First of all I have done very few google reviews because I usually have mediocre experiences at most places. I came on to do this one because I was truly blown away by Matt and the team at Global! They went way above my expectations and I can't say enough great things about my experience with them! I will recommend them to anyone I know. If I ever have to have work done on my car in future I will for sure chose them to do it. It was nice that they have a loaner car while yours is being repaired. When I picked mine up it had been detailed and looked so much better than when I dropped it off, which I was not expecting! Also they did a great job on the repair, dealing with progressive, and their customer service is top notch! I had to call in about the loaner when Matt was out of office and talked to the shop guy (sorry I don't remember his name) and I also dealt with the office lady Belinda or Melinda? I just want to praise both of them also for their amazing customer service and taking the time to help me right away! And one more thing, they go above and beyond for Military and gold star family members! Thank you

Matt and the guys at Global Collision Centers were amazing. Matt was professional and worked to handle both the dent removal and he intervened on our behalf to help the insurance side go smoothly. I would highly recommend this business!!
