I went in there for a brake line, this older gentleman was very rude and talked to me like I was stupid. I’m guessing it’s because I’m a younger female. Anyways I have bought my brake lines from them before so I know they exist from there. The NAPA in girard had what I needed. I suggest going to the one in girard if you ever want to get treated like a human being.
Worst Customer Service experience I've ever seen. Bought a fuel filter (2) actual, just a cheap plastic fuel filter 3/8". Went to install it the next morning, turned out I needed a 5/16" inlet/outlet. No big deal, I'll go exchange it....NOPE, guy behind counter says it smelled like fuel. I laughed, Said fuel hasn't been run through it, won't even fit on my car. If it did fit fit, i wouldn't be here trying to exchange it. He basically just called me a liar and wouldn't exchange a $4 part that I had the receipt for and purchased just the previous afternoon. A $4 F'ing part, that I never ran fuel through. Worse service I've ever seen. I WILL be contacting NAPA Corp and complain to them also.
Super helpful and understanding. Great prices considering the higher quality, and they have just about everything. If you aren't an auto tech, that's ok. They'll help figure out what you need!
They had one person for paint and that person didn't even really know what he was talking about just kinda showed me and said he was told to make it. Okay cool, thanks. Never good to only do and not know why.
