Update - Rey told me I did not need to take the broken part with me to get a refund from the seller. The part had a two year warranty and failed within that time. When I got home I was told that I needed the part to get the refund. I called Rey to inform him that the part is needed and he told me he would not have said that to me. So he essentially called me a liar and he thought my home mechanic should give me the money. (Not my mechanics responsibility to fix his mistake). Terrible response from him and apparently not trustworthy. Traveling through and needed a part replaced on my truck. Left a message and was called back promptly. The repair was done quickly and service was great.

May 25, 2023It's not my fault you didn't get your money from your home mechanic.... there is a core charge and I told you I needed the core. With the receipt, your mechanic should have been honery enough to give you some money back. I got you back on the road asap when no one else would!!
