Worked great with my insurance company, got the job done in the time they told me. They used OEM parts for replacements, washed my car, even touched up some other scratches around the car that I didn’t even point out to them. Very pleased. Hopefully I never have to go through this again but if I do I’ll be going back Whitney.
We were in a tough spot, and Whitney really helped us out. They are good honest people and do good work. We are not from KC, but our car was stolen there. They worked with us to figure out all the damage from the theft and provided a competitive quote within a couple hours (including fixing damage from bullet holes). They had no problem storing our car for weeks after the work was completed, which was helpful since we were dealing with it from out of state. Overall, they were very helpful, pleasant, and honest. Really happy we ended up going with Whitney.
Great place to get your car fixed
Mr. Whitney and his team are great. Very nice. Very efficient. Great customer service! Update... I was back again 10-6-22. Someone broke out my window and Mr Whitney's team were A+ again. Quick, affordable, and friendly! Super grateful to have you in the Brookside area!
Thank you. My baby had been damaged for 4 years (front bumper, grill, & screws holding right side panel). Finally found a repair shop. Compared pricing & took my car to Whitney's. Dropped her off Monday & she was Ready Friday. She's like new. Beautiful. I am so happy & pleased.
Work looked great and guys were nice to work with. We will go back if we need work done again!
