Quality work in a timely fashion. No long delays. Priced appropriate to the market. Friendly and competent front desk that kept me apprised as to what needed to be done and what it would cost. Old school shop. Did not try to up sell me or put unnecessary expensive repairs on my older car. I will definitely use them again.

No problem with the work, just the poor communication with the price of the job. Over the phone Kip quoted $514 for a brake job on a 2018 Nissan Sentra. I was charged $641 for front brakes and clean and adjust the rear brakes. My first and only time into this rip off artist. OVERCHARGED! Even the Nissan dealer is around $500! Are you going to make this right Kip? I will gladly pay you for the quote you provided.

I found them to be honest and timely in fixing my brakes which ended up being $200 less than the dealership and they did not try to up sell me anything else. They also did not pressure me to do it right away like the dealership. They spoke to me about what needed to happen without the scare tactics. Super friendly and I felt I could trust them.

Kipp took great care of us. He was upfront and friendly about the car needs and the price was good. I’m back for a second car needing brake work and it’s just as good as the first car experience.
