Amazing customer service and very quick!
I’ve used KC Colors twice now. Once in 2019 and once in 2023. Both situations due to a car backing into my bumper and back driver side door respectively. I was referred to KC Colors. Their work is amazing, and I will choose them every time. They did have a bit of a wait to get in, and then I had to wait an additional two months for my car’s parts to come in but I understand that is out of their hands. Worth the wait!! All I have to say, with Steve, Terry and William helping you, you will get excellent customer service, you will love their work, your car will look beautiful when you pick it up, and they will earn your business with the quote they give you. Tried to email with a question and pictures of the work I needed done but the email address wasn't valid. I called to verify the address and the woman I spoke with said just come on in. So I did. I need a front bumper replaced on my 2001 acura cl type s. After filling out a redundant form, I walked outside with an estimator. We didn't even get to my car before he basically stopped and said, "we are busy all the way til February." Thanks for wasting my time.
