What a great experience!!! Our car’s window was shattered in an attempted break-in and I called Glass Doctor. They were very reasonably priced and came to my location earlier than quoted!! The customer service and tech were friendly and very helpful! The window replacement went smoothly and quick!! Thank you!!!

First off, these guys are awesome! We had a super freak accident happen with our rear car window kind of just exploding. We never use our rear defrost and our Autistic son pushed the button on, on a pretty cold morning for March and while I was on my way home from a baby appointment (I'm pregnant) the window busted. We got a quote from a couple of places, and I'm so freaking happy we went with the glass doctor. My husband works from home and I'm a stay at home, so we only have one car, and it's obviously the car that had the window bust. The company came to my house for no extra charge, took them only 2 days for an open availability, and they were $100 cheaper than a couple of the other places we called. I think the man's name was Ronny? He was fast, vacuumed out any of the glass that we missed when we cleaned the car, and was just efficient. My husband was so pleased that he put them on our list for trusted people to call. The ONLY complaint I have is that we never received a confirmation email for being put on the schedule, so I called the morning of my appointment to make sure we were on the schedule. I'll be recommending these guys to anyone we know! Thank you so much! I haven't taken a photo of thr car window since it got fixed but here's the mess that came with my window busting

Today we met with Glass Doctor about a sick window 🤒🪟. They came as a recommendation from another trusted company, Window World, due to the type of solution we needed. We were so impressed with quality of service from the first time we spoke, to the follow up and the actual consultation. The bid to replace the glass was less than half the cost to install new windows and the solution, a more attractive fit! Called on a Monday morning to see if they had availability to fix my passenger side window that was broken into. They were able to schedule the fix same day and were very upfront on what to expect. Total time of fix was under an hour and Darrell left the back of my car that previously was filled with glass cleaned up great. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a glass repair!

- Darrell was the first technician out to my home to replace the glass on the stationary side of my sliding door, he was able to replace it the same day as the quote which was convenient for me (as taking a full day off of work costs me about $250). However after installing the door he did not bother to check it as after he left I realized that the sliding door no longer worked properly and was extremely difficult to close and open. - I called for them to come back and was notified I would be called in 1-2 days to schedule a return visit. After about a week I called back again and was then able schedule a return date. They notified me they are unable to schedule time frames beyond 9-11 or 12-4 which to me doesn't make much sense since I work for a service company that can accommodate and schedule appointments within a 2 hour timeframe. The office staff was unwilling to accommodate my schedule and I had to reschedule this visit a second time after they tried to arrive before I would be home. (appointment was scheduled for 12-4 with the hopes of an appointment after 2:30, they called me at 11). - Ronnie was the technician who arrived to fix my door which was a simple fix needing only 2 screws and some WD-40. If Darrell had paid more attention and just added the missing screws (which he did inform me of at the time of service) I would not have had this issue. - I was originally going to put 1 star but Ronnie was respectful, prompt and quick with his work. - I would recommend Ronnie as a technician but would not recommend Glass Doctor.

I picked Glass Doctor because they said they only used OEM Glass. The first install they used Safelite glass. They then replaced that glass with so called OEM glass. Today in learning that the glass is separating delaminating so I went to a new glass vendor to find out I have a super cheap non OEM glass installed. After removal of the glass it was discovered gouging from the glass knife that cause major rust under the glass. Now I know where the water was getting into my car after several visits and hundreds of dollars to my dealership. I would highly recommend you find a different shop. Update 11/20/2020 here is your record. I attached a pic of your guy installing the last non OEM cheep glass. Notice the Glass Doctor polo.. This was NO miscommunication!
