Never go here again, owner does not realize how his new employees are not servicing the customer. Please do not use these people they use to have good workers and person to pay for work done. Now there is a guy that is insulting beyond belief. From moment one he made clear he does not care about much. He went out of his way to insult me so I got very upset. He said they don't even look at thoose request from their site online. Why have the option, just say call us for a appointment. Today 6/8/2023 I came in for a online scheduled oil change. You guys (some man at your front desk) said that site of yours you don't honor. Said come back week or two. I don't understand why you have option on your site at top under Services tab Make an appointment, then choose date and time. I received an appointment email with all the details, and a link for me to be able to review, edit, or cancel. Your website should just say call you to make oil change or any other appointments. You lost a customer that has spent a lot of time and money at your shop. Totally unacceptable and they didn't care. Under new management I guess.

These guys are great. I bought an older LS400 and i instantly had to get the timing belt service done as it hadn't been done in over 100k miles. They did a general inspection and were honest with me. I used to work on all of my own cars, but with getting a job and working loads of overtime, I needed a shop that would work on my vehicle like I would. I referred my good friend that just got an 06 LX460 to this shop and he had equally great results. I took my car in again for suspension/brake service last week as I was going on vacation. After i picked up the car, I noticed that the car veers to the right a bit on the highway when I let go of the steering wheel. I called them the next day, and exact performance is going above and beyond to make the issue right this Friday. Dillon is great to work with and answers all of my questions. He's an honest guy that listens to your concerns. They won't try to rip you off like a certain Lexus dealer in the area. They've been in business for multiple decades, so you know they're doing something right. Don't hesitate to bring your older Lexus here.
