They don't go straight to the dealership and charge you crazy amounts. Using their resources, they have saved me so much money, and instead of telling me that I need extra repairs on the spot, they always tell me when I really need to make them by so I can budget for the work. Plus, the facility is always clean, in the waiting area, the shop, the parking lot. Nick, the manager, and Harley are two of the finest people I know.
