Paint work had runs and bubbles in it, and color could have been matched better. Friendly staff is the only reason they get 2* and not 1. 3 weeks to replace a front quarter panel (fender)?? GM called and said we could buy a new hood to fix the rust… why in the world would you paint over rust!?! Oh yeah, because we only do what insurance says to do without engaging the customer and presenting options… you painted over rust and now the hood will need sanded and painted… again. Hard to imagine rust on a car with 20k miles, but I can’t be 100% sure there wasn’t any there. Strongly discourage anyone from going here! Had great experiences and work completed at Baron and Eveland Bros in the past and will send all future work away from this Caliber location.
